Instead of a cushion pressing against your face, two small medical-grade adhesive ports seal right at the opening of your nostrils. If you have a beard, slimmer facial features, or you sleep on your side or stomach, or a strapped-on mask has always felt claustrophobic or prone to leaks, this is a different way to get your therapy.

Nothing goes inside your nose the way it does with nasal pillows. There are no straps, no pressure on your cheeks or forehead, and no metal or magnets anywhere in the system, so it is safe to use alongside pacemakers and other implants. Wash and dry your face before applying the DreamPorts. Oil, lotion, or makeup on the skin can keep the adhesive from sealing properly.
DreamPreps Witch Hazel Wipes to prep the skin instead of soap or makeup remover, which can leave a residue that weakens the seal.
Press each adhesive port firmly at the opening of your nostril and hold it for a few seconds to secure a leak-free seal.
Align the ports carefully before connecting the hose. A crooked seal is the most common cause of air leaks or discomfort.
Dispose of the DreamPorts after one use. They are a nightly disposable and are not designed to be reused.
Clean and dry the reusable DreamWay interface after every use, and replace it about every 90 days.
