Fisher & Paykel's AirPillow Nasal Pillow Cushion for Brevida™ CPAP Mask is the replacement nasal pillow cushion for the Brevida Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask with Headgear.

Maximum Comfort

The walls of the nasal pillow cushion are thin, measuring 0.25mm. They are designed to slightly extend past the nose to the cheek to help create a balanced fit and stronger seal. Fisher & Paykel's consideration of stability during inhalation resulted in Brevida's inflatable AirPillow nasal cushion. This unique feature draws the cushion closer to the nose during inhalation. Then, upon exhalation, the material will relax. The intent is the ease of breath at each stage of CPAP therapy.

The shape is intended to create a seal inside and around the nose, differing from those cushions which only seal inside the nostrils. Important Tips
  • The Brevida AirPillow cushion has a triangular shape that starts at the tip of your nose and reaches out to your upper lip.
  • The triangular shape allows the cushion to create a maximum seal both around and inside the nose.
  • Because the cushion inflates, as you inhale the cushion will come closer to your nose. As you exhale the cushion will move away.
  • Please consult the user guide to learn how to properly fit your mask cushion to your nose.

I wanted to love it...
I had high hopes for this mask. It’s quite comfortable, but in my opinion has some flaws. The swivel motion at the cushion is not very smooth, and tends to catch. The headgear straps always seem to twist when I put it on. And maybe I’m just not very smart,

Brevida- Nasal Pillow : Comfortable, Easy, Convenient for My Sleep
I transitioned from the Resmed Nasal mask that had a plastic part that went up to my forehead. I didn't like that much. When I heard about the Brevida from Uncle Nikko I knew I wanted to try it. And voila, it was a huge difference in my sleep comfort.
